MSc in condensed matted physics, Tel Aviv University
Bsc in physics and astronomy, Tel Aviv University
Research Interests
The laboratory specializes in various electro-optical spectroscopic methods, optical design, mathematical modeling, algorithms, and machine learning. The laboratory utilizes these methods in order to evaluate molecular properties in agricultural produce. Current projects include transmission Raman spectroscopy through large agricultural produce, development of measurement methods and decision support tools for fresh cut produce, and estimation of glucose concentrations in produce from SWIR signals.
Research Areas
Post harvest quality assurance using electro-optic molecular characterizations.
