1988: Internship, Moscow State University, specializing in plant biotechnology.
1988 -1992: Senior Scientist and group leader, Institute of Plant Physiology & Biophysics of Tadjik Academy of Sciences.
1994 - 2000: Temporary research position at the Department of Plant Pathology, ARO, the Volcani Center (participation in the Giladi Program supported by the Ministry of Absorbtion).
