The avocado cultivar ‘Yael’ (A1-25-51) is a late-maturing variety similar to ‘Hass’, with a highly productive tree and rounded fruits weighing 220–250 g. The fruits have a rough, black-reddish skin at maturity and a low seed percentage (about 13%). Harvest season extends from January to April, and it belongs to flowering group B. The taste is very good. Storage tests in January–February showed 21–23.6% dry matter, a buttery texture, and no signs of decay even after storage. This cultivar generates special interest among farmers around the Sea of Galilee due to its high productivity and good fruit quality.
