We apply genomic tools (Whole Genome Sequencing) of archeological botanical remains (Paleogenomics) and of ancient olive trees, to understand the domestication process of olives, and cultivar identity in historical periods.
Requirements: Knowledge in molecular tools, population genetics and bioinformatics.
