Our research focuses on arthropod pathogens from various perspectives and is primarily directed towards understanding the basic interactions between the pathogen and its invertebrate host. Ongoing projects are broad, ranging from the most intimate interactions, disease initiation, and progression to population studies, epizootiology, and the persistence of the pathogen in the environment.
Requirements: Curiosity, team integration, willingness to work intensively with insects and greenhouse and field experiments.
