The Fish Metabolism lab seeks a Master’s student for a research about “How do molecular mechanisms shape energy production in fish cells under environmental stress” How do molecular mechanisms shape energy production in fish cells under environmental stress

In response to environmental changes, organisms reshape molecular mechanisms to enable physiological adaptation. Our research and lab focus on characterizing the molecular adaptations of cellular energy production in tilapia under environmental stress and climate change.
Requirements: B.Sc. degree in any STEM discipline. Passionate about and driven by multidisciplinary research. Ability to work in a team environment.

Students will get experience with:

Cell culture, protein purification and characterization, FPLC, imaging
