Our lab investigates diverse aspects of environmental microbiology and microbial ecology, integrating classical microbiological methods with advanced and innovative genomic/metagenomic and bioinformatic approaches. Research bridges fundamental and applied science while also engaging with policy-related issues within a “One Health” framework, with the aim of promoting sustainable agriculture while safeguarding environmental and public health.
Experience in: microbiology, molecular biology and bioinformatics.
