The avocado cultivar ‘Oz’ (A2-63-13) is a new variety with pear-shaped fruits, smooth black skin, weighing 320–430 g, and a low seed percentage (18%). The taste is excellent, with high dry matter (20–29%) and a rich, buttery texture starting from late August. Due to its early ripening, this cultivar has strong potential to replace the “Galil” variety in the local market.
