My research focuses on improving the sustainable production efficiency of ruminants by developing tools for social management, reducing disease, and enhancing feed utilization efficiency. To achieve this, the lab concentrates on developing an index for social behavior in cattle, and uses specific feed additives based on agricultural by-products (e.g., pomegranate peels) and novel forages (e.g., moringa).
