Research Interests
The research focuses on the spatio-temporal dynamics of emerging infectious diseases, pests, and weeds. It involves utilizing techniques such as remote sensing, Big-data, Geographic Information Systems, mathematical and statistical modeling, and species distribution modeling to study the spatial and temporal dynamics of diseases, pests, and weeds at the field and landscape scales.
Research Areas
Spatial distribution of pests, pathogens and weeds in agricultural crops
