In 2019 I got my Ph.D in the sphere of microbiology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Volcani institute. My doctoral research focused on prevention of microbial biofilm formation in dairy processing environments. In the same year I proceeded to do postdoctoral studies in the field of microbiome in Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, USA.
Since 2024 I have been serving as fermentation specialist in the Microbial Agrotechnology center at the Volcani Institute, under the leadership of Dr. Orr Shapiro. The activity of the center focuses on developing fermentation and formulation processes for beneficial microorganisms in agricultural research.
