The Pollination Ecology Lab specializes in developing innovative systems for supplemental and artificial pollination of agricultural crops to enhance both crop yield and quality.
Requirements: Demonstrated academic excellence and strong work ethic, with a foundational background in life sciences, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Expertise includes pollination and fertilization ecology, advanced microscopy (including confocal, Scanning Electron Microscopy, and Transmission Electron Microscopy), and chemical analysis of both volatile (GC) and non-volatile (LC-MS) substances, as well as animal behavior.
