We are a multidisciplinary lab investigating mammary glands using a range of biotechnology, bioengineering, and computational approaches, with a focus on bovine tissues. Our research centers on developing advanced culture systems that model the biological, environmental, and structural characteristics of the tissue, as well as the mechanical forces acting upon it. Through these systems, we aim to provide unique contributions relevant to animal welfare and productivity, as well as to advancement of alternative dairy technologies.
Requirements: Creativity, motivation for in-depth learning, strong collaboration and teamwork skills, accuracy, high responsibility, and ability to work independently. Prior experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage: cell culture, microscopy, molecular analyses, computational work, and 3D model design.
