Fellows and Visiting Scientists Unit

The Fellows and Visiting Scientists Unit serves as the primary point of contact for early-career researchers and international scientists invited to the institute. The unit provides comprehensive professional and administrative support throughout their stay—from arrival to departure. It is responsible for managing all administrative procedures related to the onboarding of research fellows, postdoctoral researchers, and visiting scientists. As part of this process, the unit issues official fellowship certificates, which grant access to the institute’s facilities. The unit’s core mission is to ensure a smooth and productive academic experience by offering ongoing support tailored to each visitor’s needs. We are committed to serving as a reliable resource—especially in cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances—within the scope of our capabilities and discretion.
