The lab specializes in various optical spectroscopic methods, and electrical sensing, and apply them, using mathematical modeling and machine learning for evaluating molecular properties in agriculture produce.
current projects include transmission Raman spectroscopy measurement through whole products, and utillization of commercial diabetes electrical probes for glucose concetrations estimation in produce under cold storage.
