Our laboratory develops methods to advance genetic engineering in recalcitrant crops by combining tissue culture manipulations and genome editing. Our main subjects of research are:
- Discovery of new genetic modules involved in plant organogenesis in tissue cultures
- Advance in the regulation of gene expression strategies to advance research in genome editing
- Transformation/Regeneration of non-model plants |
