Goal
To promote and support the role of the Agricultural Research Organization as a center of excellence in agro-environmental microbiology

Specific Objectives

1. Promote outstanding research in microbiome-oriented environmental microbiology within the Agricultural Research Organization
2. Recruit exceptional manpower (researchers, research associates and students)
3. Pinpoint and alleviate technical and administrative bottlenecks to increase productivity in the field
4. Establish infrastructure for the development of microbe-based products for agricultural and environmental applications
5. Initiate conferences, symposia and international collaborations in the field of agro-environmental microbiology
