Administrator: Ms Dana Bar
The Unit for International Cooperation (UIC) of the Agricultural Research Organization (ARO), the Volcani Center, administers fellowships for individual researchers and scientists who wish to undertake individual training in one of the ARO's laboratories, under the supervision of a specialist researcher. The fellowships are normally for periods from 3 months up to 2 years.
Although the ARO itself does not finance the fellowships, the UIC is able to direct applicants to possible sources of funding and, if required, may facilitate contact between a specific applicant and an appropriate research supervisor.
The UIC also helps incoming trainees with pre-arrival arrangements, and provides any required advice and assistance for the duration of the training period.
