1. ריכוז מקצועי של המהלכים לקידום ניהול האיכות במשרד, בהתאם להוראות התקשי"ר, והנהלים ולייעץ בנושא זה למנהלים בדרגים  שונים. 

2. ריכוז  של ועדת ההיגוי לניהול איכות  הכנת מסמך תפעול הועדה, דרכי הפעולה של הועדה, סמכויות',תכונית עבודת הועדה אופן  התיעוד והפצתו.

3. ריכוז עבודת המטה ותקצוב הפעילויות לקידום נושא ניהול איכות

4. גיבוש תוכנית אב רב-שנתית ותוכניות  עבודה שנתיות בתחום ניהול איכות ויישומן 

5. ביצוע מבדקים ארגוניים, פנימיים וחיצוניים, ריכוז הנתונים ממבדקים אלו ותיעודם. 

6. ייזום פעולות ליצירת מודעות ולהקניית מיומנות לקידום האיכות והמצוינות, כגון: ימי מודעות, סיורים מקצועיים, פרסומים  וכדו'.

 

       כמו גם ריכוז  ופיתוח ההטמעה וההפעלה של מנגנוני מעקב ובקרה, אחר השגת היעדים ולפעול לאיתור גורמים בולמים לקידום נושא ניהול האיכות ולהציע דרכי התמודדות עימן.  הכנת דוחות חיצוניים בנושא ניהול איכות  ועשית שימוש מועיל בה
