My tasks include cataloguing, classifying, indexing and acquisition of professional literature.

I perform searches in databases and online resources, as well as the library catalog.

I lend books, prepare periodicals to binding and take care of the physical organization of the library.

In addition, I update the library website.

During the years 2007-2008 I took part in the developmet of the current ARO interface.

I was involved in the QA  process. I also assisted the workers to create personal pages.

I help update the section "ARO heritage" and guide workers who have questions regarding the website. 

I am a member in the SEMEL-ASMI organization of librarians and information specialists.

I participate in courses, continuing education programs and professional tours organized by SEMEL ASMI and the Israeli Center for Librarians.

In summer 2008 I participated in a professional working visit in Berlin. The main aim was visiting libraries dealing with agriculture or related topics, learning about their organization and the workflow process.
