Volcani Institute, is a global leader in agricultural innovation based in Israel, will be prominently featured at The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) annual Policy Conference on March 4-6 in Washington, D.C.
Volcani Institute is recognized as the country's leading research powerhouse in the field of agriculture. Indeed, it was recently credited by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in an article for the Economist, as a world-class research institute which is buttressing the success of Israeli innovations.
Volcani's trailblazing scientists and researchers are committed to addressing global challenges by researching and implementing solutions to improve food safety, increase food security, advance climate change adaptation and ensure environmental sustainability.
Professor Eli Feinerman, Head of Volcani explains that, "our delegation of expert scientists and researchers will be at the AIPAC conference to speak with attendees about Volcani's latest agricultural research discoveries, designed to resolve food safety and security vulnerabilities and environmental challenges posed by climate change."

During the AIPAC Policy Conference, Volcani will host an interactive booth where conference participants can learn firsthand about Volcani's successes. Among the highlights of the exhibit is an opportunity to participate in a tasting of high-quality olive oil.
The olive oil is an example of one of Volcani's many international projects, which works to improve the quantity and quality of extra virgin olive oil produced in the Palestinian Authority and Israel, improving the farmers' socio-economic development and building bridges of peace.
